Our first-party analytics does not intentionally store raw IP addresses for analytics, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not store the contents of contact forms or AI conversations inside analytics event records.
Information you choose to submit through our forms is processed separately, only so we can respond to your enquiry or send your newsletter.
We use essential browser storage to remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies and storage (our own analytics and Google Analytics) are only used if you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, analytics stays off. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s cookies and storage in your browser, which shows the banner again.
When you submit the contact form we store your details securely and send you a confirmation email, and we receive a copy so we can reply. We do not sell your details or share them for other companies’ marketing.
If you subscribe, we send occasional emails about websites, local SEO and business growth. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time.
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting work, and newsletter details until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. Analytics records are kept only as long as they are useful for understanding website performance. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
We use trusted providers to run the website: secure website hosting and database services, an email delivery service to send confirmation and newsletter emails, Google Analytics for aggregated website statistics (after consent), and WhatsApp if you choose to message us there. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own privacy terms.
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
